Hi! I’m Erin

— a teacher by day and an event enthusiast always. I’ve always loved planning parties, hosting friends, and adding thoughtful details that make a gathering feel personal and memorable. That passion for celebration (and maybe one too many Pinterest boards) led to the creation of Effortless Event Rentals.

When I’m not teaching or dreaming up event designs, you’ll likely find me on some sort of adventure. I love to stay active—camping by a lake, exploring the mountains, traveling somewhere new, or spending time out on the ocean.

In early 2025, I married my husband, James, in beautiful Whistler, BC—a day filled with joy, intentional design, and so many handcrafted pieces we were proud to create and now offer in our collection (James hand-built our farmhouse tables, our bar, podium and our arbour!)

Now, we’re excited to share a curated selection of rentals—from farmhouse tables and elegant signage to bud vases, linens, string lights, and candlelight accents—so you can bring your vision to life with ease.

Based in South Delta and serving the Lower Mainland area, I’d love to help make your event beautiful, personal, and as effortless as possible (we understand; wedding planning is no joke!).
